Superstar American singer John Legend has just announced the newest wine of his LVE (Legend Vineyard Exclusive) collection, a rosé from Provence. He's following on the footsteps of celebrity ex-couple and winemaker aficionados Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie who produce the Miraval Rosé in Chateau Miraval, near Brignoles.

Until this summer, Legend had partnered up exclusively with Raymond Vineyards in Napa Valley, producing a Chardonnay, a red and a Cabernet Sauvignon. This new rosé wine comes from the collaboration between LVE and Jean-Charles Boisset. It is made with grapes from the Sainte Victoire area, near Aix-en-Provence, combining 60% Grenache, 25% Cinsault and 15% Syrah.

Wife Chrissy Teigen, a self-proclaimed foodie, jokingly shared on Instagram how you can drink it "with fish, chicken, broccoli, candy, Chinese food, cereal, chili [sic.], corn, hot dogs, rice, anything, out of a glass, bowl, pitcher, ladle, cupped hands, hat."

Winemaking is a favourite activity among celebrities. Other A-listers who own vineyards are Madonna, Drew Barrymore, Sting, Francis Ford Coppola, Antonio Banderas and Olivia Newton-John.
