Serge's passion for great wine and food, Sophie's business acumen and role of supporting wife, was the recipe for success. In 1986, Serge had bought a run down house in Carpentras. Not much to look at, but with determination and a vision in mind, he transformed the house into now a prestigious restaurant, with it's originality taste of Provence cuisine.
The restaurant serves traditional cuisine with truffles, accompanied by some excellent wines, being their speciality.
Chez Serge is open from June-September - Monday to Sunday for lunch from 12:00-14:00 and for dinner from 19:30-22:00, and October-May - 12:00-13:30 and 19:30-21:30.
