1. Plan d’eau des Ferreols, Digne-les-Bains

Located on the Route de Nice, close to the city centre, the waters of Ferréols has free parking and is accessible by public transport or by bicycle through a cycle track.

The space is divided into two lakes, one for boating, fishing and watersports and the other purely for swimming, which is free. Lifeguards monitor from 11:00 to 19:00 every day during the summer. Two amphibious chairs are also available for disabled visitors.

Mini golf, trampolines, a bouncy castle and pedaloes are available on weekends in April, May & September & every day during high season in summer.

You also have free access to a climbing wall, table tennis, outdoor fitness equipment, beach volleyball and trial and dirt jump Mountain bike areas.

There is a snack bar on site.

Raille Lake Watersports, Apt

2. Raille Lake Watersports

Just to the north of Apt lies the Plan d'Eau de la Raille. You can practice all sorts of watersports here, with a sailing & windsurfing school. All equipment is available to rent - dinghies, windsurfs, pedal boats and kayaks.

The sailing centre is open from April to late November. There are also tennis courts, a skate park, playgrounds & picnic tables - swimming is not allowed in the lake.
