Family-owned restaurant nicely decorated with all sorts of local objects about melons. The chef embraces the melon which is what Cavallion is known for and has many creative dishes.

Restaurant Prévôt's Melon Menu and melon dishes are served from May through the end of September. Jean-Jacques offers "Le Mac Prévôt", a "burger" that contains no beef, but rather roasted foie gras, parmesan, fried onions, chopped artichoke salad, lettuce and melon ketchup. The restaurant also offers cooking classes.

Restaurant is open for lunch from 12:00 to 13:30 and dinner from 19:30 to 21:30 from Tuesdays to Saturdays and Sunday lunch by appointment only.

2. L'Atelier l'Art des Mets Restaurant, Taillades

L'Atelier l'art des Mets in Taillades, is a new restaurant located on the road between Robion and Cavaillon near Provence Outillage. 

You can enjoy meridionnale cuisine and fresh seasonal products, relax in the warm, friendly atmosphere and choose between business lunch formula or dinner menu.

Cooking classes on two Saturday mornings per month are also available.

The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday 12:-14:00 and 19:00-21:00.
