His inventive approach produces fresh takes on classic French cuisine. You can dine in the lovely French country-style dining room, or the terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

The restaurant is part of the Hotel Bories, just outside the pretty town of Gordes.

Due to limited space it is necessary to book in advance.

From 30th March open for dinner 7 days a week.

This is a small rustic restaurant has an interior looking like an old wine cellar and a sunny wooden deck sheltered from wind and noise. The cuisine is traditional but especially grilled fish (Wolf, Sea Bream) and meats.

Open for lunch and dinner from March to November every day except Mondays.

All dishes are made with the best fresh ingredients.

The small menu changes daily and is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine.

L'Estellan is open every day from 12 noon for lunch, and from 7.00pm in the evening for dinner. It is closed on Sunday evening & Mondays during the off-peak season.

Dine in the pretty courtyard or the charming Provencal dining room, complete with a warm fireplace, and enjoy traditional dishes accompanied by excellent quality regional wines.

Open Friday to Monday from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 19:30 to 21:30, as well as on Thursdays from 19:30 to 21:30.
