A five star hotel with 33 bedrooms and seven suites in the heart of beautiful Luberon. Les Bories sits in eight hectares of gardens and grounds and is close to the famous village of Gordes.
The rooms are tastefully decorated Provencal style, and the larger ones have terraces with views over the Luberon. A wonderful place to kick back and relax.
The hotel comes with plenty of amenities. There is both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room, tennis courts and of course a luxury spa where you can indulge in various treatments.
The hotel offers a Michelin star restaurant serving regional specialties by the chef Pascal Ginoux.

The indoor pool is also heated and is part of the hotels magnificent spa, relax away from the hustle and bustle.
The Lounge Bar is a comfortable and relaxed environment where you can get a light refreshment or snack at any time during the day. At weekend there is live music playing softly as you relax and enjoy time with friends and family.
Gourmet Restaurant by Pascal Ginoux - open each day for lunch and dinner you can take advantage of the relaxed ambience indoors or the shady terrace overlooking the heart of the Luberon. the Chef adapts traditional dishes whilst using local produce to create culinary delights of the Provence region.
By car:
From Paris / Lyon
From the A7, take exit No.25 “Cavaillon”, follow signs to “Apt” via the N100, then continue to “Gordes” via the D15 and then follow signs to “Abbaye de Sénanque” along the road of the same name.
The entrance to the hotel is 2 km from this intersection and is indicated by a Monolith with the initials “LB”.
From Montpellier
From the A9 towards Avignon, take exit No. 23 “Remoulins” and follow signs to “Avignon”. In Avignon, follow signs to the A7 “Salon, Aix en Provence” and on the A7, take exit No. 25 “Cavaillon” and follow signs to “Apt” via the N100. Continue to “Gordes” via the D15 and then follow signs to “Abbaye de Sénanque” along the road of the same name.

Entertainment and babysitting is available for the youngest spa visitors, as well as the various leisure activities in the hotel.

This 12th century Cistercian monastery is an iconic scene of Provence. Just outside the village of Gordes lies the archaeological remains of a Bronze age village. The Village des Bories dates back to around 2000BC. You can still see ancient sheep pens, stone beehive houses (bories) and bread ovens.

This old Romanesque style church dates back to the 10th century and was modified in the 12th century. Its austere exterior matches very plain interior decor, very typical to the Romanesque style of the old ages.
