A Mediterranean and Provencal style restaurant in Gordes
Run by Daniela Ernandes passionate kitchen leader, and Chef Mr Jean Jacques Marcellin; the brigade works every day to prepare a tasty cuisine that emphasises the freshness of products and authentic flavours.
In Provencal and Mediterranean inspiration, the cuisine is fresh and light. On sunny days it is served on the terrace in the elegant bistrot de la huppe.
Local products are showcased: Sisteron lamb, fruits and vegetables from Vaucluse, Velleron strawberry, green asparagus from Pertuis, suckling pig of Ventoux.
The fish, chef’s speciality comes fresh from Bretagne or Mediterranean Sea.
Every Friday evening they have a jazz night.
