The gourmet restaurant at Les Bories & Spa has one Michelin star to it's name, courtesy of head chef Pascal Ginoux.
His inventive approach produces fresh takes on classic French cuisine. You can dine in the lovely French country-style dining room, or the terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
The restaurant is part of the Hotel Bories, just outside the pretty town of Gordes.

Le Loup Blanc is tucked away off Rue de la Combe, just down from the heart of the village of Gordes.
This is a small rustic restaurant has an interior looking like an old wine cellar and a sunny wooden deck sheltered from wind and noise. The cuisine is traditional but especially grilled fish (Wolf, Sea Bream) and meats.
Open for lunch and dinner from March to November every day except Mondays.

The fish, chef’s speciality comes fresh from Bretagne or Mediterranean Sea.

La Trinquette wine bar is a place where you can enjoy fine wines accompanied by delicious tapas in a setting facing the sunset.
Interesting wine selection and food such as beef tartare, coquilles St Jacques, and salads with a good selection of local cheeses.

It's highly praised as one of the best restaurants in the Luberon region and the chefs both came from Michelin starred restaurants. They pride themselves on creating exciting dishes, adding new ones to the menu on a daily basis.
Prices range around the 40 euro mark for a la carte and 6-19 euros for the bistrot menu.

L'Estellan is open every day from 12 noon for lunch, and from 7.00pm in the evening for dinner. It is closed on Sunday evening & Mondays during the off-peak season.
