French cooking classes in English in the west of Provence

French cooking classes in "le Pays d'Uzès", taught in English by a French chef with small class sizes for a friendly and intimate approach.

The classes include market tours in Uzès and Saint Quentin-la-Poterie, wine tasting and hands-on French cookery classes for French food lovers, so that you can sample a real taste of Provencal & Mediterranean Cuisine.

Along with the various classes available you can also book a private lesson on request.

You will shop together with a French chef at a local French market, cook together back at the school and dine together over a 4-course meal including French wine, French cheese & of course, French bread. You will be introduced to a number of French cooking recipes and will be mastering French cooking in no time. All the classes are taught in English.

Each class lasts between 5 and 6 hours.

Chef Eric Fraudeau opened his first French cooking school in 2007 in Paris with a passion to share his over 20 years of experience with fellow food lovers from around the world.

"It was in a small boutique in Paris's Montmartre district that is all began with 1 chef and 6 students per class. Now we open a second school where the tradition continues: French cooking classes in a fun, convivial setting, French market tours, wonderful French cheese & French wine. We shop together, we cook together, we eat together. "

Child policy

There is a discounted rate for children between 12 and 16 years of age. Not suitable for younger children.
