Filled with gastronomy events, fun and friendship, and pride of place with regional products.
Chefs from Avignon and the region take over Les Halles to set up demonstrations of their expertise, with tastings of their truffle-based recipes.
A fun and festive moment in the heart of the truffle season, to discover and enjoy the dark pearl of Provence – the sumptuous black truffle.
Doors open from 08:00 to 16:00.
