Chefs from Avignon and the region take over Les Halles to set up demonstrations of their expertise, with tastings of their truffle-based recipes.
A fun and festive moment in the heart of the truffle season, to discover and enjoy the dark pearl of Provence – the sumptuous black truffle.
Doors open from 08:00 to 16:00.
