Every August, Aix-en-Provence celebrates the "Night Piano Festival" which brings some of the best pianists in the world to the Provencal town.
Created in 1999, this festival has become one of the most popular events of the summer in Aix-en-Provence. Compositions by Schubert, Beethoven, Debussy, De Falla, Haydn, Brahms, Liszt, Mozart, Bach, Chopin and Schumann among others will be played at the Conservatoire Darius Milhaud.
