Medieval Festival, Monieux
Annual celebration of the spelt harvest
Every year on the first Sunday of September the village of Monieux gets together to celebrate the Spelt crop, which has been grown in the area for over 9,000 years.
There will be stalls lining the streets, street performers, shows, medieval settlements to explore, mock fighting battles and fancy dress.
Everything is free.
