Pernes les Fontaines Farmers Market
Weekly farmers' market on Wednesday evenings
Not just any old farmers can come to Pernes les Fontaines, only accredited "Welcome to the Farm" farmers have their wares on display at this evening market.
You know you will be getting the best of the best local Provencal products as you peruse these stalls on Place Frédéric Mistral. Open from 18:00 to 20:00 from the beginning of April to end of August. Then from 17:30 to 19:30 from September to mid-October.
Every first Wednesday of the month, there is a chance to win a hamper and samples of local produce are available to taste (strawberries, cherries, melons, apricots, peaches, wine, grapes, cheese, apples and pears). Tasting sessions are available on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.
