The Ventoux region is well know for its local produce, and this annual festival celebrates the breadth and depth of the products available here. 

Apricots, cherries, truffles, nougat and almonds, saffron, asparagus, figs, goats cheese, emmer wheat, wine, sheep, strawberries, melons, outdoor reared pork, candied fruits, olive oil, lavender, honey and of course grapes and wine, there's a lot to see and taste from this area. 

Enjoy tasting session with local chefs and discover the tastes and smell of all this glorious food. The festival is on through mid-September to the end of October in various villages across the region.
