Lavender farm & conservation garden, Sault
A garden & nursery with over 200 varieties of lavender
The lavender collection is certified by French National Conservatory for specialist plant collections, and is located on family land on the Route du Mont Ventoux, near the village.
In order to discover the many aspects of the lavender plant, the lavender farm offers the public various publications and activities that cater to both individuals and professionals.
You can learn how to cultivate your own lavender, or just explore the plants growing on the farm.
There is a farm shop on site where you can buy bouquets, various products made from lavender, scents and oils, candles and incense burners, as well as lots of books on the plant.
Worth knowing
The shop is open throughout the year and the garden is open for visits during June, July and August. Booking ahead is required.
When to come
The farm is open from May to September by appointment.
