Bistro du'O is a play on words, as this restaurant is located 'du haut' in the upper town, and is run by a young 'duo'. The restaurant is set in the old stables of the Château de Vaison with its fine 12th century arches. They serve modern, creative, traditional and classic menus from 19€ to 85€.
Opening 12 pm to 2 pm and 7:30 pm till 10 pm. Closed Sunday & Monday.
