Domaine de la Camarette Restaurant, Pernes les Fontaines
A 17th century Provence style farm
Located at the Mont Ventoux foothills, main mountain in Provence, the estate is implanted in the old capital of the Comtat Venaissin: Pernes Les Fontaines.
This village is famous for its 42 fountains all remodelled. Since May 1st 2008, Hugues Marrec welcomes his customers at La Camarette to appreciate his cuisine inspired by local and seasonal products. The wines issued from the harvest 2014 will be the first vintage with Organic label.
The restaurant is open upon reservation only: from Tuesday dinner to Saturday night in July, August and September from Tuesday dinner to Sunday, lunch during spring and fall, from Wednesday dinner to Sunday lunch during the winter period.
