Situated in the Auberge de la Reine Jeanne Hotel, this restaurant offers Provençal and Mediterranean dishes made only with fresh regional ingredients in a menu that is constantly evolving.

Chef Fanny Rey and pastry chef Jonathan Wahid have both worked in Michelin-starred restaurants. Wahid was elected French champion of desserts in 2005 and Rey participated in the 2011 edition of the French Top Chef where she reached the final. You can see them hard at work from the open cuisine.

Specialities include the traditional Bouillabaise, Provençal aioli, Beef ribs, Grilled sea bass with thyme, Suzette crepes or Mille-feuille with berries. You can enjoy these dishes in their warm dining room, with exposed beams, stone walls and a fireplace, or the patio terrace.

Closed on Wednesday and Thursday.
