Chef Xavier Ballin has created a menu that features local fare and fresh regional product such as Carpentras strawberries, truffles, Mont Ventoux pork and lowland lamb. They also have a great selection of regional wines.

Diners can enjoy their creations in the dining room, around a fireplace, or on a terrace surrounding the pool.

Open Monday to Friday 12:00-13:30 and 19:30-21:30.
