With innovative presentations and recipes, this restaurant offers seasonal produce combined in creative dishes that mix traditional cuisine with an innovative flair. It is part of the Safari Hotel.
Chef Xavier Ballin has created a menu that features local fare and fresh regional product such as Carpentras strawberries, truffles, Mont Ventoux pork and lowland lamb. They also have a great selection of regional wines.
Diners can enjoy their creations in the dining room, around a fireplace, or on a terrace surrounding the pool.
Open Monday to Friday 12:00-13:30 and 19:30-21:30.
