Situated 5 km east of the village of Ansouis, L'art Glacier is a dedicated dessert restaurant serving ice creams, sorbets, ice cream cakes, and special occasion pieces.
L'Art Glacier is an air-conditioned parlour and a vast terrace with a sweeping view of the Luberon. They feature 60 to 80 classic and exotic flavours that vary with the season: lavender, thyme, rosemary, sage, melon, violet, kalamansi, chilli, Sechuan pepper, gingerbread, nougat, lily of the valley and also a variety of 25-30 ice cream combinations, sundaes, and parfaits.
L'Art Glacier is open daily from 14:00 to 23:30 in July and August and Wednesday to Sunday from 14:00 to 19:00 the rest of the year.
