- "Called in for lunch on visit to Dignes by train from Nice .There was a large party in and waitress had to check with the kitchen that we could be accommodated, we were warned that there might be a wait but service by the friendly owner was exceptional and she talked us through the menu while explaining that her daughter is the chef and her husband her assistant ! Menu was ridiculously cheap for three beautifully prepared courses and taste and texture was sublime. Great find." - Trip Advisor
