Located in the historical 17th-century Chateau de Roussan, now a top-end hotel, this restaurant serves traditional French and Provençal cuisine with creative touches made with fresh local ingredients.
Their menu changes often, offering seasonal dishes that can be combined in set menus. Specialities include Provençal lamb in pastry, crunchy vegetables, honey sauce and mint or Red fruits macarons with vanilla marcarpone and chocolate.
