The skilful blend of the best products, herbs and oils has driven "La Vieille Fontaine" restaurant to the ranks of one of the best restaurants in this region. 

A native of the region, Bruno d'Angelis was trained by great French chefs. He came back to Avignon in April 2000, to one of the hotel jewels of Provence, Hôtel d'Europe. Angelis creates contemporary cuisine full of the colours and flavours of the region.

In addition to the handsome menu of whisky, champagne, and other quality drinks, this place is famous for its smoked salmon, foie gras and the assortment of cold meats that are served throughout the day until late in the evening.

Restaurant La Vieille Fontaine is open for lunch from Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 to 13:30 and for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday from 19:30 to 21:30.
