In a contemporary setting the Dolium offers instinctive cuisine full of Mediterranean influence and Provencal fragrances.
The restaurant is part of the wine cellar in Beaumes de Venise. It's an elegant place serving gastronomic, modern, creative menus from 25€ to 50€. The bread and the ice cream are home-made and menus are subject to change following the seasons because they only work with fresh ingredients.
Open 12:00-14:00 for lunch and 19:00-21:30 for dinner. The restaurant is closed Saturday lunchtime and Sunday evening.
