This restaurant is situated in Le Mas d'Aigret Hotel and they serve traditional Provençal cuisine made with fresh seasonal produce.

Chef Eric Vallette produces tasteful and original dishes based on classical French recipes with sweet Provençal flavours. They are elaborated according to the season using typical local produce such as black olive oil, aubergine, tomato, basil, melon, rosemary, fish and lamb.

The dining room has been carved in the rock (you can even make out fossils and shells) and decorated in a Provençal style, dominated by a fireplace. There is also a panoramic terrace with views over Les Baux valley, the Alpilles and the medieval castle under the shade of the mulberry trees.

During the summer season (May 15th - end of September) they open every day 12:00-14:00 and 19:00-21:00.

In Spring and Autumn it is open every evening from 19:00 to 21:00 and Saturdays & Sundays from 12:00 to 14:00.

The restaurant is closed every other day for lunch, except for groups from 8 people (booking 3 days in advance). In October and November, it is closed on Wednesday evenings as well.
