Le Phebus is a dry-stone walled farmhouse where the rooms overlook the tranquil waters of their private swimming pools.
Friendliness and way of life are meeting together for a discovery of the fine Provencal flavours in the restaurant and the cooking of Xavier Mathieu awarded by the Michelin guide. A temple of gastronomy which combine originality and tradition of a Mediterranean and seasonally reinterpreted cooking.
