Strategically located on the roads to Mont-Ventoux, the restaurant offers delicacies and delights.
The restaurant has a lovely shaded terrace and a refined, colourful dining room. The menu offers cuisine bursting with flavour, artfully inspired by local ingredients and subtly accompanied by one of the great Gigondas wines which are produced by the hotel.
The restaurant is open for lunch from 12.00 to 13.45 and dinner from 19.30 to 20.45. Closed on Wednesday.
