Chef Christopher Hache opened this restaurant after working in kitchens all around the world. His cuisine is punctuated by strong, bold and inspired touches, creating the setting for a culinary experience different from any other. Here, discovery is the keyword.
Seasonality, taste and creativity are the bases of his cuisine, which always comes back to the essential: the product. There is a five-course chef menu available, as well as à la carte options. Dishes include Camargue oysters with artichokes barigoule, Alpilles lamb with candied aubergine or “Chou” with elderberry ice cream, hazelnut praline and hot chocolate.
Closed on Sunday evening and Monday.
- "Fabulous food, wonderfully attentive service! The food and wine pairing menus were superb! My husband and I spent our wedding anniversary at Maison Hache and had an absolutely divine experience!" - Trip Advisor
- "Outstanding food, service and a comprehensive wine list of both local and national quality wines. The service was exceptional and the ambience (we were outdoors) very special." - Trip Advisor
- "Absolutely delicious lunch at this new restaurant that’s opened up. Came highly recommended by a friend and it didn’t disappoint. We had the lunch menu and even my 3 (annoyingly difficult) children ate everything! Good wine selection too." - Trip Advisor
