A modern establishment in the heart of Aix, Mitch offers contemporary French cuisine every evening from 7.30pm except on Sundays.
Using fresh produce from the market, Mitch creates unusual and and carefully thought out dishes that are a feast for the eyes.
The restaurant is very small so book ahead in the busy summer season.

Would definitely go back as the atmosphere was good with locals enjoying their night. We were the only tourists there which is always a good sign in a tourist town.
