The Chef changes the menu very often to move with the seasons or his creative inspiration. The restaurant sits in the capital of the truffle which is Richerenches. They offer a menu with black Richerenches truffle from November to March and during the summer from June to September.
Open Thursday evening until Monday from 12.00-13.30 and 19.30-21.30. Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. From November to March closed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
