Located near the centre of Saint Remy, this restaurant offers a luxury fine dining experience in their elegant dining room or their relaxing terrace. Chef Thibaut Serin Moulin has worked in various Michelin-starred restaurants and now creates imaginative dishes made with fresh produce.

Their a la carte and set menus offer delicious dishes such as Scallop carpaccio, creamy tarama with lime, green apple froth and radicchio with pistachio oil, Supreme guinea fowl roti with walnuts, vanilla celery, sucrine lettuce, steamed Brussel sprouts and Chioggia beets, or Round of roasted coconut, ganache with Timut pepper, mango froth and brown sugar crunch with passion fruit.

The wine list is, accordingly, carefully selected by their sommelier who can help you discover the wines of the region and the Alpilles.

Open every day, all year long for dinner from 19:30-21:30. (Closed for lunch but you can go to Bistrot de Valrugues from 12:15-13:45).

Fine regional cuisine by a Michelin-star experienced chef, made only with fresh local produce. Located at the Domaine de Manville Hotel.

Chef Matthieu Dupuis-Baumal has worked in several Michelin-starred, and he only serves produce fromthe Alpilles and Provence, expressing their seasonal treasures in his cuisine. Orchards and vegetable gardens, locally-raised lamb, traditional artichokes a la barigoule, slowly roasted tomatoes, apricots paired with rosemary honey, sun-gorged strawberries from Carpentras.

Creative and spontaneous, he draws inspiration from his immediate surroundings, from the terroir around him, from the beautiful market in Cavaillon, from his outings in the hills and mountains from the Alpilles to Mont Ventoux, where he finds mint, citronnella, flowering thyme and wild strawberries and works with devoted local suppliers. He is also inspired by his many international trips, most recently to Brazil, Mexico, Korea, Japan and Italy.

A great place for a gourmet dinner in their elegant dining room or the pleasant terrace.

Beautifully presented, elegant contemporary cuisine coupled with fine Provencal wines. A twist on traditional Mediterranean food made using fine local produce. Fresh fish and fine cuts of meat are used along with 5 star presentation with the aim being to provide you with a culinary experience that you will not forget in a hurry.

Chef Mathieu Groshenry has worked in more than one Michelin-starred restaurant before returning to his birthplace, Provence, to create an ever-changing menu based on regional produce.

The menu changes every day according to what is available at the market, especially focused on local vegetables and fish. For lunch they offer simpler dishes based on traditional French bistro, while dinner is time for finer and more creative recipes which can be enjoyed in different set menus, with a tasting menu costing 75€.

They also offer cooking lessons. Located in the luxurious Benvengudo Hotel.

Open every evening from 9 March 2018 - 1 January 2019, dinner is served from 19:30-21:30. During high season (27th April - 15th September 2018) it is open daily.
