The estate was once devoted to agriculture, with sheep herding and traditional outbuildings defining its existence.Manville’s heart still beats to the drum of daily country life, attentive to the ripening tomatoes, the grape harvest and the olive gathering, working with and harvesting through the seasons.
The pool
There are beauty treatments available at the spa. People not wishing to receive any treatment can subscribe a single pass to the Spa including free entry to the indoor pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna, the steam bath, the fitness room, the tea room / the relaxation area.
This relaxing and sophisticated area also includes a sensory pool, hammam, sauna, a superb Jacuzzi overlooking the outdoor pool and estate courtyard, a fitness room, relaxation and resting space, tea room, hair salon and salon dedicated to beauty treatments, manicures and pedicures.
The Bar
From jazzy moods on a Saturday to Gipsy folk on a Friday (depending on the season), the bar serves a wonderful selection of strawberry mojitos, vodka and ginger-basil cocktails, wines by the glass and iberico ham boards!
The Restaurant
Checf Steve Deconinck serves up a taste of the Alpilles and Provence, using seasonal treasures in his cuisine. The orchards and the vegetable gardens, locally-raised lamb, fresh garlic, traditional artichokes, slowly roasted tomatoes, apricots paired with rosemary honey and sun-gorged strawberries from Carpentras.
