Grand Theatre de Provence
Opened in 2007 this modern theatre sits at the entrance to the historic town of Aix
Dedicated to music and the arts this fantastic new building is a wonderful addition to the performing arts scene of Provence and in particular Aix-en-Provence.
With over 100 performances taking place each year, the music ranges from symphony, jazz, chamber music, opera, recitals, world music and of course modern dance. This purpose built space brings together many artists and musicians from around the world and also hosts a series of conferences, workshops and events in the various other rooms and facilities within the complex.
