A large arftificial lake close to Sisteron centre
This lake boasts a huge 5000m2 area and is dedicated purely to swimming.
Lifeguards are on site from mid June to the end of August.
You can picnic here, bring a BBQ, enjoy the skate park, take a dip, try out the fitness stations around the lake or have a game of mini golf.
Access to the lake is free but if you drive you'll need to pay for parking.
The lake is just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Sisteron.
Water levels are good from the end of May and the lifeguards are on site from 11:00 to 19:00 from mid June to the end of August. There is also a fete at the Lac in August each year.
