Val de Durance Lake, Cadenet

A large lake with sandy beach not far from Cadenet

This three-hectare lake is great for swimming and has a large sandy beach on one side where you can sunbathe and picnic.

Lifegaurds are on site and it's open to the public in the summer months.

As it's part of a campsite you have to pay to enter, but if you're staying for a while you can also buy a season pass to keep the cost down.

A small snack bar for food and drinks is on site or you can bring your own picnic.
