They practice an organic certified agriculture (Ecocert) since 1999. They produce red, white and rosé wines with the grape varieties Rolle, Ugni Blanc, Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The 25 acres of vineyards surround beautiful 17th-century buildings which have been restored. Their cellar is open for tastings, not only of their bottles of wine, but also their AOC and country wine bag-in-box (rosé and red), their white and rosé “Méthode traditionnelle” with its festive bubbles, black truffle terrines and oil, honey and some other products of the region.

During the summer, the cellar is open every day, 9:30-12:00 and 14:30-18:30 (Sundays 10:00-13:00). The rest of the year, they are open from Monday to Saturday 9:30-12:00 and 14:30-18:00.
