Festival related to local heritage & traditions
In the middle of August, St Remy celebrates its heritage with Camargue horse demonstrations, bull-fighting, music, food and drink.
Plenty of other bull-related events take place, from bull running to bull racing and bull shows - all without any blood being shed. Also involved in the festival are the wonderful horses from the Carmargue who traditionally finish the festival with a parade along the main street.
As with all festivals and celebrations, there will be market stalls and local produce and crafts to enjoy over the weekend and numerous street performances and live music.
