An open competition for people to help with the lavender harvest
Annual lavender picking competitions, with one for the general public to enter and one for professionals.
People come from all over the world to compete to see who can pick the most lavender in 10 minutes, followed by a separate competition for the professionals, so you can really see how it's done!
The competition starts at 10:00, followed by a lavender parade through Sault village, Provencal music, regional dress, horse-drawn buggy rides and food stalls, all day long.
