There are hundred hectares (or 250 acres) of Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence AOC vines on our 1,000-hectare estate, and the 50 hectares of olive trees, which occupy a single, south-facing expanse of cultivated land.

The gentle slopes, comprising 25 parcels of vines, are home to 11 grape varieties used in the production of Calissanne's wines. These include Syrah, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, Grenache and Cinsault for the reds; and Rolle, Clairette and Sémillon for the whites. Château Calissanne's output is mainly rosé, as well as red and white.

Opening hours are Monday: 13:00 to 19:00, Tuesday to Saturday: 9:30 to 19:00, and Sunday morning: 9:00 to 13:00. Group tours by appointment.
