Chateau Minuty Vineyard, Ramatuelle

A 70 hectares domain near the Saint-Tropez peninsula

featured in Vineyards & estates Updated

Chateau Minuty was created in 1930 by Gabriel Farnet, the grandfather of the current owners and has since then always been a famous name in the region.

The vineyard is situated on 163 hilly acres outside the village of Gassin. The grapes benefit from optimum sunshine that encourages perfect maturation.

Minuty’s traditional viniculture respects the wealth of the soil and relies on the mechanical working of the soil, without the use of herbicides and pesticides. Mature Provençal vines are enhanced by a modern wine-making process that complements local traditions.

The estate can be visited from Monday to Friday all year round, as well as on Saturdays in the summer: 9:00-12:30 and 14:00-19:00.

Visitor comments

  • "A group of us from Australia visited Chateau Minuty Mid June this year and loved the service, the attention to detail and especially we loved their crisp Rosé. We had been drinking this Rosé for at least one week before, we then visited the winery and our experience there was great." - Trip Advisor
