Chateau Val Joanis in the Luberon is a vineyard, with fabulous gardens and a wine boutique. Situated among Pertuis Villelaure, east of Avignon and north of Aix en Provence, in the heart of Luberon National Park, in the southern part of the Rhône Valley.
The wine boutique offers complementary tastings of the red, white & rosé wines, whilst the gardens are a perfect place to wander around and soak up the Provençal delights.
They are open every day in April, May, June, September and October, 10:00-13:00 and 14:00-19:00 (18:00 in October), as well as in July and August, 10:00-19:00. The rest of the year, they open from Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:30.
They offer a weekly guided visit in July and August every Thursday at 16:00 (no need to book). For group visits, contact them first.
