Organic Provencal farm, offering truffle hunting tours
Les Pastras is an originally organic Provencal farm run by Johann & Lisa Pepin, a Franco-American couple who left city living behind to produce a blend of organic produce and now run truffle hunting tours.
The Les Pastras domain of 11 organic hectares produce grapes, olives, apricots, cherries, plums, apples, pears, pomegranates, figs, almonds, hazelnuts and black winter truffles.
