Gourmet fine dining in an impressive chateau

Featured in
Restaurants

Located in the Chateau des Fines Roches Hotel, this restaurant is surrounded by the vineyards producing the famous local wine.

Chef Nicolas Jay and his team select the finest local produce for an open-minded cuisine based on Provençal tradition with a trip through the spice routes.

For lunch and during the week, from Tuesday to Saturday, they serve a menu based on the market's freshest products and inspired by the bistro-style cuisine with a French local touch. The dishes change every day according to the season and the daily selection of fresh typical Provençal products.

In the evenings, they offer tasting menus for 42€ and 55€, as well as a complete tasting feast for 85€. Dishes include Roasted blue lobster in salted butter, coconut rice foam, pasta and pan-fried vegetables or Frozen parfait with Araguani Grand Cru Valrhona chocolate, crunchy nougatine and orange foam.

Their wine selection is extensive, mainly based on the nearby Chateauneuf-du-Pape domains, as well as Cotes du Rhone.

The restaurant offers different atmospheres in their various lounge, a large terrace lined with cypress trees and vineyards, as well as an elegant dining room.

Service from 12:00 to 14:00 Sundays and public holidays and from 19:00 to 21:00 every day.
