Small, cosy chateau hotel in a tranquil setting amoung vineyards
Just to the north of Avignon in the heart of Chateauneuf-du-Pape wine country, this hotel is a traditionally decorated castle, originally built in the 19th century.
This establishment has 11 rooms, which all overlook the vineyards and are individually decorated along various simple colour schemes. All rooms have flat screen TV, telephone, minibar, air conditioning and wifi. The suites and deluxe also feature Nespresso coffee makers.
The chateau also features a gastronomic restaurant which produces fresh traditional Provencal cuisine at reasonable prices. Naturally, being nestled in the Chateauneuf-du-pape, there is a vast array of good wines on offer to go with your meal.
The hotel also has a swimming pool for you to relax beside and a terrace with breath-taking views to enjoy a glass of wine on.
