Located 15 km from Aix-en-Provence, this estate was opened in 2008. They produce red, white and rosé wines, as well as organic olive oil, honey, jams and confitures, or terrines. There is also a gourmet restaurant in the complex, and they organise multiple workshops.

This estate is the product of the union of two families: the olive oil producers Gueury, and the wine producers Davico. They have an olive mill, a vinification workshop, a little shop with homemade produce and a bed & breakfast inside the old farmhouse.

The grape varieties cultivated here are Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Cabernet for red and rosé wines, and Rolle and Clairette for whites, all inside the AOP Côtes de Provence and AOP Côtes de Provence Sainte Victorie. Concerning the IGP Méditérranée (Vins de Pays), they use Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet, Petit Verdot, Muscat Blanc, Rolle and Niellucciu.

The estate can be visited, and they organise guided tours, workshops and courses, wine, olive oil and regional produce tastings, as well as walking tours around the domain. They offer a variety of guided tours, all of which must be booked in advance.

The shop is open on Mondays, 15:00-19:00, and from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30-19:00.
