Organic rosé wines of the AOC Coteaux d'Aix en Provence
Located in Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade, this estate grows Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, Ugni blanc and Vermentino grapes. They use organic processes (under ECOCERT certification) and traditional methods.
The symbol of this winery is the winemaking house, a quite unique round tower built between 1963 and 1966. The whole structure of this building was designed according to the golden section.
The cellar is open from Monday to Friday 9:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00.
