Located at the foot of the village of Les Baux de Provence, this domain has 57 hectares of vineyards, and a 28-hectares olive grove. Vines are grown according to ecological methods.

This old estate has a long history, it was immortalised by Van Gogh in a painting now at the MET in New York, and Simone de Beauvoir mentions it in her book 'La Force de l'Age'!

The main grape varieties are Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre and Cinsault for the red wines, Sémillon, Clairette and Rolle for the rosés, and Roussane for the white wines. Their olives are used to make olive oil and tapenades.

They are open to visitors from April to October, Monday to Friday 8:30-19:00, and Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays 9:00-19:00. From November to March, they open from Monday to Friday 8:30-18:00 and Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays 9:00-18:00.
