Gastrobar located in a beautiful vineyard
With views over the vines of La Roche Buissière, cultivated according to the methods of bio agriculture since 1980, this gastrobar serves original dishes paired with wines.
At least 80% of the produce used at the gastrobar is bio, as well as the wines. Dutch Michelin-starred chef Raoul Reichrath has devised various menus, from an apéritif formula created around a wine from the domain, to tasting menus or a daily lunch selection. They are all dominated by vegetables, with a veggie option available.
The open kitchen allows guests to see the masters at work, and there is also a space dedicated to wine tasting.
Open from May to September, 12:00-14:00 and 18:00-22:00. Closed for lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.
