Chef Yves Gattechaut creates his dishes around local produce: Pays de Sault lamb, spelt, lavender flowers, chestnuts, mushrooms, game, truffles... You can enjoy them in the airy dining room or the charming leafy terrace, boasting wonderful views over Mont Ventoux and the lavender fields of the Plaine de Sault.
Specialities include eggs infused with Ventoux "black diamond" truffle, Pays de Sault lamb with a blackcurrant wine and lavender sauce and moelleux au chocolat with a honey and lavender heart.
