Ground floor:

• Professional kitchen with dining area for 14 people, with outdoor access. Winter dining room for 10 people.

First floor:

• Bedroom 2: 180cmx200cm bed, shower room and WC.
• Bedroom 3: two 90cm beds, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.
• Bedroom 4: two bunk beds, air conditioning, shower room and WC.
• Bedroom 5: 180cmx200cm bed, fireplace, air conditioning, full bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC. Separate walk-in wardrobe.

Guest house:

• Lounge with fireplace looking onto garden. Small kitchenette. Air conditioned.
• Bedroom 6: 180cmx200cm bed, shower room and WC.
• Bedroom 7: two 90cm beds, bathroom and WC.

Second guest house:

• Air-conditioned lounge with outdoor access. Open fitted kitchen.
• Bedroom 8: 160cmx200cm bed.
• Bedroom 9: 160cmx200cm bed.
• Shared bathroom and WC.

• Cold room, two ovens, two dishwashers, Nespresso coffee machine, ice maker.
• For more than 8 people the presence of a chef is mandatory: an additional cost will be quoted based on the menu and will be chargeable to the customer.
